I've worked across several IT companies in operations, technical support, and application support roles, and I'm currently looking for opportunities in IT operations, technical support, application support, NOC, or cloud operations.

Alongside day-to-day ops work, I like breaking problems down until they're teachable — which is why this notebook exists. Most entries started as something I had to solve once for myself or a user, written up so future-me (or you) doesn't have to solve it twice.

I'm also interested in teaching Linux, CCNA, Python, SQL, AWS, and scripting, online or offline — so if any of that overlaps with what you're building or hiring for, get in touch.
